DISPATCH:

Items will be dispatched within 5 WORKING DAYS (Mon - Fri) of placing your order (Unless it is a preorder).

DELIVERY:

UK orders: Allow 3 - 5 working days

International: Allow 5 - 12 working days

PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 

When placing an order that includes a pre-order item, the whole order will not be sent out until the pre-order item comes into stock.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Returns are NOT ACCEPTED. If the item(s) do not arrive with you within the specified delivery times after the date of dispatch, a full refund may be issued. 

If there is significant damage to your item when it is received, photographic proof will need to be provided before any kind of refund is issued. Small/Minor damage (e.g. slightly creased corners of prints) does not qualify for any refund.
